Job Summary
Ensure compliance with Vendor Management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the company's vendor contract repository and related records. Conduct vendor due diligence reviews, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring activities to support effective vendor oversight and risk mitigation. Manage the Vendor Management inbox, triaging and assigning requests, and create, update, and maintain vendor management dashboards, reports, and metrics for key stakeholders. Maintain the Approved Vendor List and assist in developing vendor performance improvement plans based on periodic reviews. Collaborate with internal business partners to facilitate vendor onboarding, renewals, and ongoing oversight activities. Identify opportunities to improve vendor management processes and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Working knowledge of vendor management principles
- Working knowledge of third-party risk management
- Working knowledge of vendor lifecycle processes
- Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs)
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Understanding of vendor performance management
- Knowledge of vendor risk assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of compliance monitoring practices
- Excellent analytical skills
