Vendor Alliances Operations Specialist responsible for end-to-end governance of deal registrations across strategic and core vendors, coordinating with vendors, Vendor Alliances Managers, specialists, and sales teams; ensuring registrations are accurate, timely, and compliant with vendor SLAs; analyzing loss data and reporting on win/loss ratios; maintaining CRM as the single source of truth; tracking vendor rebates and contributing to renewal/upsell insights; supporting Vendor QBRs and enablement sessions; providing operational/analytical support to Vendor Alliances Managers and coordinating vendor meetings; maintaining internal vendor documentation and ensuring adherence to partner programme requirements; role supports cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maximise commercial outcomes for Bytes.
