Job Summary
Vendor Alliances Operations Specialist responsible for end-to-end governance of deal registrations, vendor partnerships, and operational analysis to maximise commercial outcomes. Core duties include overseeing deal registrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with vendor SLAs, analyzing win/loss data, maintaining CRM as the single source of truth, tracking vendor rebates and renewal potential, supporting Vendor QBRs and enablement sessions, and providing administrative and analytical support to Vendor Alliances Managers. Key skills include strong organizational ability, CRM proficiency, data analysis and actionable insight, stakeholder management, understanding of vendor programs, IT/software/cloud environments, and effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. The role sits within the Vendor Alliances team and interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to drive Go-To-Market execution and governance across multiple UK/Ireland locations.
