Job Summary
Oversee daily receipt, storage, and distribution of vending products, snacks, beverages, and machine components while maintaining accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems. Coordinate product staging and loading for route drivers, monitor shortages and damaged goods, and place replenishment orders to ensure uninterrupted supply. Conduct daily site visits Monday through Friday to inspect vending machines, verify accurate stocking, and ensure operational functionality across all locations. Manage inventory of machine components, supervise service vehicles, and train warehouse associates on safety and operational procedures. Collect and reconcile bi-weekly revenue, prepare detailed operational reports, and collaborate with service teams to optimize route schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid New York State driver's license
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or route-based operations
- Knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO, cycle counts, and expiration control
- Experience coordinating warehouse activities, staging, and route support
- Ability to supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff effectively
- Proficiency in warehouse/inventory systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25–30 lbs. and perform extended physical tasks on the warehouse floor
- Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and proper product handling
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to workplace safety and operational accuracy
- Experience with bi-weekly revenue collection and financial documentation
