Job Summary
Maintain vending machines by keeping them full, clean, and orderly while performing basic repairs and minor maintenance. Drive the company van to and from locations in Southern California weekly, working on-site at Citadel Outlets. Receive snack food and soda orders, inventory machines, and fill them from product stored in the vending room. Pull money from machines as required, record sales and vending numbers, count cash, and complete paperwork sent to assigned managers via email. Perform weekly and monthly inventories to order products accordingly. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays while standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge and ability to perform basic mathematical principles
- Ability to operate a cash register and calculator
- Ability to handle and accurately count cash
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, professional, and courteous manner which fosters a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Requires a high level of commitment to customer service
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous vending experience not required but preferred
