Job Summary
Welcome clients, guide them through the store, and assist in finding products that suit their needs while highlighting our merchandise. Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make choices, collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, and ensure sales floor and stock are well-stocked, organized, and inviting. Participate in store opening and closing procedures while representing the brand positively in all client interactions. This role is part of a collaborative retail environment where you help customers express their personality with current trends and timeless styles, making fashion accessible and sustainable.
