Vendeur frais for a permanent contract in the fresh department. Responsibilities include sales, welcoming customers, giving advice, loyalty development, and cash handling; handling reception, quality control, and stocking of products; merchandising, replenishment; ensuring hygiene standards and the product withdrawal charter; cheese cutting; and contributing to a team-focused, evolving store environment. The role emphasizes customer contact, product knowledge across fresh categories (fruits & vegetables, seafood, dairy, butcher, charcuterie, catering, poultry), and participating in store training through the Métiers du Frais school.
