Manage the fresh department by handling sales, customer greeting, and checkout while receiving, inspecting, and stocking products. Maintain the display area, restock items, and adhere to hygiene standards and product withdrawal chart rules. Perform cheese cutting and ensure the section meets all operational requirements. Work a weekly schedule of 15 hours with additional hours paid at a premium, including majorized Sundays where applicable.
