Job Summary
Conduct in-store, telephone, and online sales of tires, parts, and services by identifying customer needs, offering technical solutions, negotiating, and closing deals with a focus on quality and satisfaction. Manage sales and inventory while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication skills to build remote emotional connections. Prioritize results, meet targets, and organize multiple contacts and tasks with agility using diverse technologies. Work Monday through Friday during business hours and Saturdays until noon. The role represents the confidence of the brand in transforming the tire market, supported by benefits including meal allowances, transportation, health plans, and training platforms.
