Vendedor Trainee

Conduct field research via client visits using provided forms, prospect new accounts and reactivate inactive clients by presenting battery products and filling customer registries. Evaluate sales planning against achieved results by analyzing individual client volumes, cover sales areas during vacations or gaps by prospecting and planning, and execute battery sales, maintenance services, and PDV merchandising actions. Perform post-sales support with clients, conduct basic vehicle inspections and maintenance, ensure effective use of the Moura Management System, and develop action plans for improvement targets while participating in cadence meetings. Requires high school completion, AB license, and Office skills.
