Job Summary
Conduct active and receptive customer service across multiple channels, understanding producer needs to offer best agricultural solutions. Negotiate prices, deadlines, and commercial terms per internal policies while supporting the team in meeting store targets and daily commercial processes. Follow up on post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and retention, acting consultively to build lasting partnerships. Requires prior experience in agro sales, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
