Conduct front-office sales of parts and accessories, preparing quotes and negotiating via phone, online, or in person. Manage the client portfolio, consult the electronic catalog, and issue sales invoices while verifying client data before emission. Record lost sales, participate in unit inventories, and send invoices and payment slips via email as requested. Actively and passively sell parts, guiding customers on correct application and related acquisitions. Maintain updated contact records and ensure accurate customer registration. Requires experience with heavy vehicle parts (trucks, buses, machinery), knowledge of catalogs and identification systems, basic computer skills, and strong communication focused on results.
