Conduct front-counter sales of vehicle parts and accessories, negotiating budgets via phone, online, or in-person. Manage client portfolios, consult electronic catalogs, and issue tax invoices while verifying client data before emission. Register lost sales, participate in unit inventory counts, and send invoices and payment slips via email as requested. Actively and passively sell parts by guiding clients on correct application and acquiring related components. Maintain updated contact records and ensure all sales data is accurately controlled. Requires experience with heavy-duty vehicle parts and basic computer skills.
