Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service, orient clients on product specifications and benefits, and inform them on payment conditions and delivery details. Contact clients who have made store estimates, control and monitor individual daily indicators, and fulfill sales targets while managing the customer relationship system. Maintain store organization and build relationships with clients. This role is part of the Euro Academy, which offers various courses for professional development and includes a career plan. The team benefits from a collaborative environment, access to health and dental plans, and partnerships with several universities.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio completo
- Conhecimento em Negociação e Atendimento
- Realizar o atendimento ao cliente
- Orientar sobre as especificações dos produtos, demonstrando vantagens e benefícios dos mesmos
- Informar ao cliente as condições de pagamento e orientar sobre a entrega do produto
- Contatar clientes que realizaram orçamentos na loja
- Controlar e acompanhar diariamente indicadores individuais
- Cumprir as metas de vendas
- Efetuar o relacionamento com o cliente (CRM)
- Manter a organização da loja
Desired Qualifications
- Vivência em lojas de Shoppings e atuação no segmento de vendas consultivas será um diferencial
- Desejável ter conhecimento em metodologia Friedman: TVV - Técnicas de vendas
