Job Summary
Welcome every customer with a warm greeting, guide them through the purchase experience, and manage checkout procedures while promoting Maisons du Monde services like Alma and Rhinov. Handle click & collect orders, execute store restocking and new product implementations, and apply the merchandising plan to enhance collections. Monitor store commercial indicators, collaborate with management to execute action plans, and increase sales and conversion rates. Represent the brand by sharing company projects with clients and embodying values of optimism, creativity, and commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Retail or specialized distribution sales experience
- Ability to manage multiple customers and operational tasks simultaneously
- Teamwork orientation
- Commitment to environmental issues and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
