Job Summary
Execute sales plans by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing transactions in the retail store to meet product mix, market share, and profitability targets. Assist with opening the store, displaying front-of-store products, and restocking sold items while verifying risk product security and updating price tags. Perform daily area cleaning, process showroom reports, and log customer incidents with NAC. Participate in daily meetings with management and internal/external training sessions. Requires high energy, customer focus, and genuine passion for people. Located in Itacibá, ES, with a schedule from Monday to Friday (09:24–18:00) and Saturday (08:00–14:15). Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio completo
- Conhecimento básico de técnicas de vendas e atendimento ao cliente
- Experiência em vendas no varejo
- Local de atuação: Itacibá, Cariacica/ES
- Horário de trabalho: Segunda à sexta: 09:24 às 18:00, Sábado: 08:00 às 14:15
