Conduct external prospecting via door-to-door routes on Tuesdays through Fridays from 13h to 19h, presenting and negotiating Stone's financial solutions with new clients. Participate actively in meetings for goal alignment, route planning, and team learning exchanges while delivering consultative, high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Maintain a communicative, dynamic profile with initiative to grow within the commercial area, supporting business owners directly in their entrepreneurial journey.
