Job Summary
Conduct external prospecting door-to-door along predefined routes to expand the partner base. Present and negotiate Stone's financial services and solutions while delivering consultative, high-quality service to ensure client satisfaction. Actively participate in meetings for goal alignment, route planning, and team knowledge exchange. Perform external sales activities from Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 7 PM. As part of Stone's commercial team, support Brazilian entrepreneurs in their business growth journey through direct, personalized engagement.
