Conduct consultative customer service at the store, understanding client needs to offer optimal internet plans and products. Sell fiber optic services while meeting individual and collective sales, retention, and quality targets. Execute registrations, proposals, and system records accurately, and participate in results meetings, training sessions, and commercial campaigns. Support merchandising and store organization to ensure proper product presentation, representing the brand with ethical posture and enthusiasm. Complete high school education; prior retail or telecom sales experience is desirable. Availability for weekend shifts is required.
