Job Summary
Drive clinical support and account management for Velys robotic solutions in the CEE North region, focusing on Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Build long-term customer relationships to increase unit growth, profitability, and market share while providing recommendations on new features and product improvements. Lead in-service education and training for commercial and scrub teams, and manage account information through accurate reporting and records. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and franchise teams to resolve business issues and support commercial strategy pillars including market access and product launches. Achieve high levels of customer happiness through product support and services, with a 25% office/70% field split.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (medical technology or biomedical sciences preferable)
- Min 3-5 years of experience with Medical Devices (required)
- Must be able to work under pressure
