Job Summary
Outbound-first Account Executive responsible for building and closing SMB deals, owning the full sales cycle from qualification to close, with high-volume prospecting, concise demos tailored to SMB buyers, and quota attainment. Requires SaaS sales experience, strong discovery skills, English and German fluency, and comfort with 50+ daily calls; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus. Hybrid in Paris with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience running a full outbound sales cycle with a track record of closing high-volume SMB deals fast
- Cold calling native; comfortable making 50+ calls per day
- SaaS sales experience; familiarity with API discussions
- Quota attainment and overachievement history
- Sharp discovery skills; ability to uncover pain quickly
- Product curiosity and ability to become a product expert for relevant conversations
- Fluency in English and German
