Job Summary
The Subject Matter Expert role requires comprehensive knowledge of military aircraft systems, including electromechanical and avionics. Responsibilities include conducting training needs analysis, preparing technical documents, and interfacing with instructors and engineering teams to ensure training material aligns with regulations. Candidates should possess technical skills in reading and understanding technical documentation and drawings, along with proficiency in English, especially in aerospace terminology. Continuous updating of training materials based on regulatory changes is essential. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or a diploma in Aeronautical Technology is required, with preferences for candidates with experience in aeronautics engineering and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a diploma in Aeronautical Technical Expert
- Technical competencies in military aircraft systems (electromechanical and avionics)
- Understanding of Catia drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Background in aeronautical engineering design
- Experience as an installer and/or maintenance technician for aeronautical systems
- Knowledge of military aircraft (fighters, airlifters, trainers)
- Familiarity with Human Factor topics
- Understanding of Military Aviation Legislation
- Basic understanding of reference standards AER(EP).P-147, P-66, P-145, DT 2019-024
