Job Summary
The Contract Manager will serve as the focal point for contractual communications with Lockheed Martin, manage the entire project/contract lifecycle, and ensure compliance with contract milestones. Responsibilities include supporting financial flow optimization, contract data management using SAP, contract negotiation, program meeting preparation across operational units, KPI monitoring and corrective action implementation, risk identification, and ensuring trade compliance. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and have excellent English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Management Engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Autonomy and proactivity in assigned tasks
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of contract economics and scheduling
- Knowledge of contract structure and terms and conditions
- Experience with SAP Commercial and Microsoft Project
