Job Summary

The Vehicle Upgrade Sales role focuses on engaging service customers and driving vehicle upgrades through the service drive, including meeting daily appraisals and vehicle acquisitions targets, making multiple daily calls, and coordinating hand-offs to managers for trades. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, generating leads from service drive interactions, following up on opportunities with service customers, maintaining high energy and personable communication, achieving daily activity goals (5 appraisals, 3 acquisitions weekly, 40–60 calls per day, 4 appointments per day), and collaborating with service advisors and the General Sales Manager to review daily performance. Required skills emphasize strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, basic math, and a clean driving record with a valid license. Knowledge or experience in dealership sales is a plus, along with a proactive, goal-driven attitude and the ability to negotiate pricing effectively. The compensation includes a base hourly rate of $16.04 plus performance bonuses, with benefits such as medical/dental, 401K, PTO, paid training, and employee vehicle purchase plans.
