Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles to ensure road worthiness and reliability to DVSA standards using dealer-level diagnostic equipment. Perform repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards while discussing required repairs with customers. Calculate expected time and cost for vehicle work, always maintaining health and safety standards within company guidelines. Complete job cards, maintenance records, and associated paperwork to a high standard. Undertake additional duties for the efficient running of the store, including regular stock checks in accordance with Company Policy. Full-time permanent role Monday through Saturday with salary depending on experience. Owned by Goodyear, offering training courses for EV, Hybrid, MOT Testing, and REACT.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- time served experience
- full driver's licence with no more than 9 points
- Experience of delivering interim, full and major services
- relevant repair and replacement work (brakes, suspension and steering component replacement, air con service etc)
