Job Summary
Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards while maintaining thorough product knowledge. Communicate with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control, and speak with customers occasionally to provide expert technical opinions. Maintain exceptionally high customer service levels, good housekeeping standards, and orderly administration of your work. This Level 3 qualified technician role involves working Monday to Friday 0800-1700 with Saturday rota, earning a basic salary between £32,000 and £38,000 plus uncapped OTE. You must hold a full UK driving licence and experience within a main dealer environment.
