Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford and other brand vehicles in accordance with approved technical procedures while delivering high standards of technical advice and customer service. Perform vehicle inspections to keep vehicles in optimum working condition and maintain comprehensive records in a timely fashion. Assist Senior and Master Technicians, support junior team members, and coach colleagues on technical standards. Commit to ongoing learning, including training to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair within the first 12 months. Work full-time hours within relevant protocols dictated by legislation, the company, and manufacturers.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration and paperwork
- Have previous Automotive Technician experience
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'
