Job Summary
Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role at Newcastle Audi in the UK. You will carry out vehicle health checks using the latest technology, perform services according to manufacturer guidelines, carry out additional repairs with customer authorization, complete warranty repairs per guidelines, and test-drive vehicles to verify fault resolution. You will also handle relevant paperwork and contribute to a high standard of customer service within the service team. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a mechanic, is self-motivated and ambitious, and can work to high standards. A full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification are required; brand experience is advantageous with brand accreditation training available.
