Job Summary
Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards; diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently; liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required; work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets; maintain a clean and safe working environment; follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines; benefits include uncapped commission with OTE up to £60,000+ and manufacturer-led training.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experienced working within a workshop environment
- Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
- MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
