Diagnose and repair vehicles bumper to bumper, including electrical systems, transmissions, fuel components, and cooling assemblies. Perform emissions inspections, safety checks, and state-regulated examinations while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Produce accurate paperwork, conduct test drives, and execute software updates. Operate diagnostic tools to identify quality issues, assist in Quality Engineering investigations, and perform vehicle maintenance and reliability audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, service advisors, and engineering on special studies. Communicate repair status updates and adhere to all procedures directed by management. Stay updated on latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
