Job Summary
Perform requirements breakdown, allocation, and tracking using the Cameo tool for air vehicle and integrated mission systems. Evaluate and verify data classification levels for program technical requirements, designs, and presentations. Ensure secure data transfer between network classifications according to the Program's Security Classification Guide. Attend internal program, customer, and supplier technical exchange meetings to provide requirements work status updates. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Program and SCG to guide appropriate data handling procedures. This role supports the Vehicle Engineering Team at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL, focusing on revolutionary systems that impact lives globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline
- 2 years of related professional/military experience
- Master's Degree in a STEM discipline
- 0 years of related professional/military experience
- Ph.D. in a STEM discipline
- 1 year of related professional/military experience
- Active US Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with an Interim Top Secret granted prior to start
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
- Experience with Cameo, DOORS or equivalent Systems Requirement Tools
- Systems Engineering experience, including requirements assessment and/or allocation
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Active US Government Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience with Aircraft subsystems design
- Experience with supplier management
- Experience integrating aircraft subsystems and mission equipment
- Experience working on cleared programs or handling classified data at various levels
- Software proficiency with NX, CPLM, and Microsoft Office suite
