Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for potential issues, conduct basic maintenance such as tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights and wipers. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles, ascending catwalks to work on vehicles from underneath or top side. Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely. Achieve SuperPro certification to master the VIOC service process.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
