Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services, and inspect vehicles for potential issues. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks, replace lights and wipers, and add fluids to engines based on vehicle specifications. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety protocols while moving between bays to service multiple vehicles. Ascend and descend stairs or catwalks to retrieve parts and perform services underneath vehicles, position yourself in tight areas, and transport items up to 50 pounds. Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
