Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service while performing oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire rotations. Inspect vehicles for issues, replace lights and wipers, and lubricate chassis components. Maintain a clean work environment, track inventory, and follow safety protocols during tasks requiring movement between bays and use of catwalks. Achieve SuperPro certification and handle multiple vehicles in a fast-paced setting. No experience required; paid on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds
- Able to work with tools to perform duties in tight sometimes hard to reach areas
- Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order
