Job Summary
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services while inspecting vehicles for issues, checking fluid levels, and replacing lights or wipers. Conduct tire rotations and basic maintenance tasks, moving between bays to service multiple vehicles. Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean environment, and track inventory. Ascend catwalks to perform services underneath vehicles and communicate verbally to ensure accuracy. Requires basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting with tools and varying environmental conditions. No prior experience required; paid on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
