Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services while inspecting vehicles for issues, checking fluid levels, and replacing lights and wipers. Perform tire rotations, add engine oil, and service cooling systems and transmissions. Maintain a clean work environment, manage inventory, and communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely. Ascend and descend catwalks to work underneath vehicles, frequently moving between bays to handle multiple tasks. Requires basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
