Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Learn and apply the VIOC SuperPro process to perform services and achieve SuperPro certification. On-the-job training provided with pathways for advancement from entry-level to supervisor/management roles.
