Job Summary
Inspect vehicles for potential issues, perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services, and conduct basic maintenance tasks like tire rotations and fluid checks. Replace car lights and wipers, add fluids to vehicles, and perform second checks by visually verifying all services. Move from bay to bay to handle multiple vehicles, ascending catwalks to work underneath cars or above the hood. Maintain a clean work environment, track inventory, and follow safety protocols while communicating verbally to ensure accurate service completion.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
