Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or questions. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for potential issues, conduct basic maintenance like tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights and wipers. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles, ascending catwalks to reach parts underneath cars. Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely. Achieve SuperPro certification and learn the VIOC SuperPro process. Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels, handling items up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
