Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries while performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for issues, conduct maintenance tasks like tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights and wipers. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety protocols. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles, often ascending catwalks to work underneath cars or reaching into tight areas. Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely. Achieve SuperPro certification and work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
