Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns while performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for potential issues, conduct basic maintenance like tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights or wipers as needed. Maintain a clean work environment, track inventory, and follow safety protocols to ensure a secure workspace. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles, frequently ascending catwalks to work underneath cars or above the hood. Communicate verbally to verify services are performed accurately and safely. This role requires reliable transportation, basic computer aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Achieve SuperPro certification to advance within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
