Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or questions. Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for potential issues, conduct tire rotations, and check fluid levels. Add oil, replace air filters, and perform second checks to verify service accuracy. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles while ascending catwalks to reach parts underneath cars. Maintain a clean environment and track inventory. Follow safety protocols and communicate verbally to ensure services are performed safely. Achieve SuperPro certification. Competitive pay set at $21.25 per hour with paid on-the-job training and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
