Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service while performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for potential issues, conduct tire rotations, check fluid levels, and replace lights or wipers as needed. Lubricate chassis components, perform second checks to verify services, and move between bays to handle multiple vehicles. Frequently ascend catwalks to work underneath cars, lift items up to 50 pounds, and communicate verbally to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean environment, track inventory, and follow safety protocols. Requires basic computer aptitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy setting with exposure to chemicals and moving parts. Achieve SuperPro certification to advance within the team.
Required Qualifications

- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
