Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns while performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for potential issues, conduct basic maintenance like tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights or wipers. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles, frequently ascending catwalks to work underneath cars or above the hood. Communicate verbally to ensure services are performed accurately and safely. Work in varying temperature conditions, noise, and potential hazards including moving mechanical parts and chemicals. Achieve SuperPro certification and learn the VIOC SuperPro process.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
