Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns while performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for issues, conduct maintenance tasks like tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights or wipers as needed. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety protocols. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles and work with tools in tight areas, including ascending catwalks and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Perform second checks to verify all services are completed correctly. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn the VIOC SuperPro process are required. Achieve SuperPro certification.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
