Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services while inspecting vehicles for issues and performing tire rotations and fluid checks. Replace lights and wipers, add fluids to engines, and service cooling systems and transmissions. Perform second checks by visually verifying services and communicating verbally with customers to ensure accuracy. Maintain a clean environment, manage inventory, and follow safety protocols while ascending catwalks and moving up to 50 pounds of items. Work in varying temperatures and noise levels with exposure to chemicals and moving vehicles. Achieve SuperPro certification and learn the VIOC SuperPro process with provided training.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
