Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns while performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services. Inspect vehicles for issues, conduct maintenance tasks like tire rotations and fluid checks, and replace lights and wipers. Keep track of inventory, maintain a clean environment, and follow safety protocols. Move between bays to service multiple vehicles, frequently ascending catwalks to work underneath cars, and handling items up to 50 pounds. Achieve SuperPro certification and communicate verbally to ensure accurate service completion.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
