Job Summary
Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services while inspecting vehicles for potential issues and performing basic maintenance like tire rotations and fluid checks. Replace lights and wipers, add fluids to vehicles, and service cooling systems and transmissions. Perform second checks to verify services and communicate verbally with customers to ensure accuracy. Keep inventory organized, maintain a clean work environment, and follow safety protocols while moving between bays and ascending catwalks. Requires reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. No prior experience needed; paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services
- Achieve SuperPro certification
- Must have reliable transportation
