Job Summary
Clean vehicle interiors, exteriors, windshields, windows, and mats. Drive various vehicles safely while on and off the lot, assisting with local deliveries and miscellaneous duties. Check and maintain fluid levels, perform basic maintenance like tire pressure checks, and replace marker lights or lift gates. Notify the manager of unsafe equipment, conditions, or vehicle problems. Keep work areas, tools, and equipment organized and in clean, working condition. This role requires a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years, six months of prior work experience, and DOT medical certification. No moonlighting is permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Must have been licensed to drive for a minimum of one year
- Must have a current and valid drivers license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions (ie., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must have six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
- Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner's certificate, or submit to and successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination
- Obtained DOT medical certificate must be for at least 12 months
- No moonlighting is allowed (no other paid employment)
