Job Summary
Prepare vehicles for rental by washing exteriors, vacuuming interiors, and ensuring they meet quality standards. Perform thorough inspections for damage, fluid levels, and tire pressure; reset factory settings, remove customer data, and document lost-and-found items. Fuel, stage, and organize the fleet to maintain availability. Identify and report maintenance concerns, removing vehicles from service when necessary. Deliver customer service by assisting clients and transporting them to branch locations. Maintain a clean branch environment including workstations, parking lots, and restrooms. Work 40 hours weekly outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle service or a related field
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Ability to discreetly check vehicles for any damage
- Ability to verify fuel levels
- Ability to accurately document findings
- Age 21 years or older
- Valid Provincial driver's licence
- Clean driving record
- Authorization to work in Canada
- No requirement for work authorization sponsorship
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Comfort working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles throughout a shift
